21st February The new block is completed - after 4 years ! The Auditorium is inaugurated by Rt. Rev. Gilbert Rego of Simla-Chandigarh Diocese. "The Miracle of Creation" choreographed by Mr Dileep de Sylva of Bombay and “New Horizons“, a multi-media presentation based on the “Life and Times“ of Claudine are staged.
9th March M Assumption Ortiger celebrates her platinum jubilee. Sixty-five years in religion!
12th September Literacy Day celebrated. “Each one Teach one“ programme launched
12thNovember  Thanksgiving Mass at St Patrick′s, Agra celebrating 150 years since the first Jesus and Mary Sisters arrived in Agra, India.
13th November The sesquicentennial jubilee is celebrated in Ambala too with a special prayer service
15th January Sr Genevieve celebrates her Silver Jubilee
6th February Mr Aneja, a senior teacher celebrates his silver jubilee in the school
31st March Senior School Annual Day at which “The Divine Mission“, a shadow- play depicting the long and challenging journey of the first Jesus and Mary sisters to India
30th April We bid farewell to Sr Genevieve Thomas, the Principal and also to Sr Rose John and Sr Teresa Veigas, both teaching in the School
13th May We welcome the new principal, Sr Tara Mathew
13th October M. Sacred heart McGettrick, the former provincial superior of the Indian Province, at present serving in Damascus visits India and takes time off to visit Ambala

1993 The Province of India is bifurcated into 2 Provinces of Pune (Poona) and Delhi with Vadodara (Baroda) as a delegation of Delhi. Sr Raphael Reis is the Superior of the Delhi Province
30th July Sr Alice Mathew celebrates her silver jubilee
30th October Eighth All-India Open Karate Championship, at which two of our students bag the gold medal and 2 silver ones
8th-9th January CJM, Ambala is the venue of the State Karate Championship. We win the overall championship
15th February A meaningful prayer-service for Class X students prepare by Sr Tara Mathew, principal. Sister lit each candle from the main one which represented Christ - symbolic of the fact that 10 years ago parents had led their diffident, insecure wards to school, now they were handed back to their parents, confident and aspiring young people ready to face the world

2nd October In the Karate District Championship our School stands second, bagging 2 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals
24th October A Solar Eclipse, an occasion for a holiday and activities on the Eclipse such as picture album, quiz.. organized by the School
27th October Haryana State Karate Championship is held at Panipat. Our students win 3 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze medals
1st December Foundation stone for “Dina“ block, the primary section of the School was laid by Rt Rev Gilbert Rego of Simla-Chandigarh Diocese at 5p.m
5th January Class X have their Pre-board Examinations
11th-14th February “Abhigyan Shakuntalam“, a dance drama is staged for 4 days with a street-play “Karva Sach“. The chief guest on each day is: Sr Raphael Reis Provincial Superior; A.O.C. Air Commodore MacMohan; D.I.G. Mr R. Dalal and D.C. Mr Panigrahi. This is was for fund-raising !
2nd April, As Dina block is not yet ready, 2 Nursery sections are accommodated in the old hall to make 2 rooms available for the first batch of Class
8th April M Assumption Ortiger celebrates her Ruby Jubilee - 70 years a Jesus and Mary Sister !
8th July School re-opens after summer vacation. Dina block is not completely ready. The Nursery and K.G. children move to their class-rooms on the ground floor
9th May Students of Class VII are the first batch of students to go to the Centre in Delhi for the 3-dayVipassana Meditation practice. The daily 4-5 sittings, concentrating on one′s breathing was an enriching experience. The other classes go during the holidays The follow up is: meditation at assembly.

30th July Sr Marie Therese RJM conducts a 2-day Value Education seminar for Classes X to XII
1st August The Value Education Seminar is conducted for the Staff.
12th September We hold a special Prayer Service for Mother Teresa R.I.P. who spent her life serving humanity and who died on 5th September. Parents and well-wishers, as well M. Teresa′s Sisters join us.
21st - 23rd A 3-day Media Awareness Seminar is conducted for the Staff by Mr Ray Kancharla P.R.O. of C.B.C.I., Delhi.
5th October C.B.S.E North Zone Inter-School Sports Meet is held at Faridabad. 50 of our students participate winning the gold in shot putt, the silver in Discuss Throw and in the track event and the Over-all Runners-up Trophy.
26th November All-India C.B.S.E. Athletics Meet held at Ludhiana. Our Students win gold at shot-putt and discuss throw.
26th March A farewell for the boys of Class X as this is proposed to be their last year in our School.
7th - 10th May A 4-day Seminar on “Communication: the Cinema“ was conducted by Mr Ray Kancharla for Middle and Senior School. It highlighted Cinema: a short history, types, functions, language, aesthetics, film-appreciation, reviews and a Film Club in the School.
11th May Students from Class IV - XII put up a “Computer Corner“ in each Class-room. This was sponsored by Kipps India.
10th July Prof Nathan, CAT, Indore talks on “Lasers“ to Senior Students. They attend a Laser educatiworkshop at IDDC, Ambala.
24th July Mrs S. Dhawan and Mr G. Lal retire after 22 years of service in the school.
15th January Live-in for Class XII conducted by Fr John
18th January Appeal made to parents for contribution to save a child suffering from A- plastic Anaemia receives a good response. Rs 51,000/- onlyn collected was handed to Dr M.M. Dutta.
15th to 18th February Sr Marie Therese RJM has “Counselling “ for Students and Parents of Classes VI to IX.
6th March “The Tribune“ organizes an essay-writing competition. Namrata Goel gets a prize for her article.
30th April The Eucharist is celebrated for Lt Col (retd) Kevin D′Souza, RIP - an exparent and friend of the School..
5th July Senior Students go to Military Hospital to meet the jawans and present 2 air-coolers to the Hospital. At a special Assembly, a cheque of Rs 58,000/- only was presented to AWWA President, Mrs Shivjot Sihota for the welfare of the jawans fighting at Kargil. A large packet of hand-made cards expressing patriotism, unity, pride, gratitude and prayers was dispatched to a battalion of Ladkh Scouts in the Kargil Sector.
15th July A special Assembly to honour Phul Chand, the school watch-man retiring after 30 years of dedicated service.
2nd August Sr Elizabeth, Provincial Superior and the Provincial Bursar, Sr Rosely Joseph visit the School.
7th September “Growing-Up“ Session for Classes XI - XII by Sr Marie Therese RJM.
23rd September Sr Alicia Mitra, a member of our CJM Ambala community passes away. We mourn her loss. She was a tremendous help in coaching the weak pupils for the Open School Examinations.
1st - 5th November Sr Gerard Paul RJM conducts a seminar for the Staff.
15th - 20th December The School participates in the International Convention of Quality Control Circle held at Montessori School, Lucknow.
